Freska helps you create AI mural preview images from wall photos you choose. This Privacy Policy explains what data is handled, why it is used, when it may be shared with GPT.ge (api.gpt.ge), a third-party AI image editing service, and how you can delete local records.
You may select or capture a wall photo, choose a mural style, adjust coverage, color intensity, perspective lock, detail mode, and optional visual notes. Optional voice notes are recorded only when you choose that feature and are transcribed through Apple's Speech framework after system permission to create short visual description words for the prompt. You should not upload photos or notes that expose faces, children, addresses, license plates, protected marks, official approvals, safety signs, or other sensitive private information.
Freska uses the system photo picker for choosing images, so the app does not need broad access to your photo library for selection. Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a wall photo. Add-only Photos access is requested only when you tap Save to save an AI preview to your photo library.
Freska does not send a wall photo to an AI service until you tap the in-app upload permission button. If you allow the upload, Freska sends the request to GPT.ge (api.gpt.ge), a third-party AI image editing service, to create the AI mural preview you requested.
The data sent to GPT.ge for a generation request is limited to a compressed JPEG copy of the selected wall photo and a generation prompt. The prompt may include the selected mural style, style direction, recommended surfaces, coverage percentage, color intensity, perspective lock setting, detail mode, and any optional visual note or generated description words you added. The request also includes technical fields such as model, response format, size, and aspect ratio. Freska does not send your local preview history, Brushes balance, purchase transaction identifiers, payment details, login state, full photo library, or tracking identifiers to GPT.ge for generation.
Freska uses this information only to provide the requested AI mural preview and does not use wall photos for tracking. Freska shares personal data only with third-party service providers that are expected to protect the data using the same or equal protections described in this Privacy Policy and to use the data only to provide the requested service.
Preview history, saved preview images, Brushes balance, ledger entries, processed StoreKit transaction identifiers, and local login state are stored on your device. These records help show history, avoid duplicate delivery of purchased Brushes, and restore local session state.
Consumable Brushes purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. Freska does not collect payment card details. The app stores local transaction identifiers only to prevent duplicate delivery of purchased Brushes.
If Freska requests App Tracking Transparency permission, the prompt explains the requested tracking use. Freska does not use selected wall photos for tracking.
You can delete local history, saved preview images, Brushes balance, ledger entries, purchase-related local state, and login state from Settings using Delete Account. You can cancel the AI upload consent prompt before a generation request starts. For privacy deletion or access questions, contact support@freska.app.
Before generating, saving, or sharing, review whether a photo or AI preview exposes faces, children, addresses, license plates, private property details, protected marks, official-looking approvals, or other sensitive information.
